Personalized or custom ordered items:

All sales are final on personalized or custom-made items.

Non-Personalized Items:

For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Process for Returns:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the return/issue.Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-refundable items include personalized and custom made products. Items marked as final sale.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancelations are not permitted.
